For Sicily holidays in a four star hotel this is a great choice, 10 minutes from the centre of Taormina, yet in a secluded setting.ROOMS

Rooms are very comfortably and traditionally designed, some with a French balcony or terrace with views to the sea, the luxuriant gardens and the pool.  Standard amenities include a safe, a bath or a shower, hairdryer, air-conditioning, mini-bar, tea/coffee making facilities and satellite TV.

LIVING

The public area, lounges and quiet corners enjoy lovely views across the gardens with Mount Etna and the sea beyond in the distance.  Breakfast can be a leisurely affair with service until around 11am – this is a super buffet with many fresh local specialities.  The pool sits below the villa in the garden and in the summer there is a snack service for guests convenience. 

Taormina’s beaches are a short bus ride away (or take the cable car).  Here’s a neat idea!  From early May onwards “days on the beach” can be organised to include the shuttle, beach entrance, sunbed and umbrella, all for about €8.50 each adult (children are half price), just let the front desk know. 

Catania airport is about 1 hour away.
