The Spanish tinted port of Alghero, the inland town of Nuoro, the alternating coastlines between limestone cliffs with hidden coves and long sandy beaches, the mountainous interior near Dorgali (where cool rivers spring and rush through dramatic gorges), an extraordinary artistic and archaeological heritage, a varied handicraft and suggestive customs, its genuine cuisine and its inhabitants' proverbial hospitality all make Sardinia a truly incredible destination to spend your big day in.
