- Classic rooms are 22sqm decorated in cool pastel colours in a contemporary style with full floor to ceiling windows. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
- Deluxe rooms are slightly larger in size at 27sqm, situated in the historical buildings and partially in the new wing of 25 Nachmani. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
- Grand Deluxe rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of 25 Nachmani. These rooms are spacious at 37sqm with a larger bathroom consisting on a separate bathtub and shower. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
- Loft rooms are large, open plan rooms with high ceilings and small balconies. The rooms overlook King Albert Square, the Pagoda House or the Melchet Street.
- Garden suites are 65sqm which include a separate living area and bedroom. Some suites are situated on the ground floor which gives direct access to the gardens from the bedrooms, with higher floored suites offering balconies and views over the gardens and city.

- The Norman Restaurant: French Mediterranean restaurant offering all-day dining, in a brasserie setting with a menu inspired by cuisine Niçoise. All dishes are created using local, fresh produce of the highest quality. (This restaurant is not kosher). Sample menu
- Dinings: Japanese tapas restaurant, originated in London, offer a unique fusion of traditional Izakaya-style Japanese tapas and modern European cuisine. (This restaurant is not kosher).
- Library Bar: Open from 10am till 1am daily, this bar is located next to the lobby. The lounge is designed in the 1940’s style of colonial Tel Aviv where guests can enjoy a vast menu of beverages and delicious light meals. Ideal for business meetings and leisure guests wanting to relax in elegant surroundings.
- The Conservatory: Open throughout the day, situated in the main hotel overlooking the atrium, this is a private lounge for the exclusive use of hotel residents. It is a peaceful environment where guests can relax or order a meal from the lounge menu.
