Enjoy a leisurely Champagne breakfast at Latitudes, with a fantastic buffet that features local treats, then a light lunch at George’s Bar down by the pool, where the cocktails flow till the early hours. The Relais & Châteaux-affiliated Efisia is the hotel’s fabulous fine dining restaurant, serving regionally-inspired à la carte dishes like poached lobster and lamb cutlets, as well as a mouthwatering tasting menu.
