Six Senses has a habit of building resorts in stunning locations, and this recent addition to their portfolio is no exception, draped over gently rolling hills on the sunny Aegean coast. The tranquil setting dovetails perfectly with a characteristic focus on health and wellbeing, and the spa is a destination in itself. There are also plenty of facilities for families, and you’re within easy reach of some of Anatolia’s most spectacular ancient sites.

Restaurants And BarsThe wellness-centred ethos extends to the restaurant menus, with a focus on nutritional balance and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Sage & Sea serves buffet-style breakfast and dinner drawing on the flavours of the Mediterranean, while Wild Thyme is a casual option specialising in light lunches and flavoursome dinners, including traditional charcoal grill kebab and steak. Meze by the Sea is a romantic al fresco affair offering fabulous fish and Turkish meze, and the Alchemy Bar features a large Chef’s Table for 14 guests, and cookery classes using only raw products.
