Retaining many of its original features, such as the stone walls and vaulted ceilings, the house enjoys magical views of the mountains across the Balagne on one side, whilst on the other it delights with it views of the shimmering Mediterranean.

A Changing Landscape Guaranteed to Thrill

Just five kilometres from the town centre and sandy beaches of Ile Rousse, and three kilometres from Monticello, this delightful two-bedroomed house in the village of Santa Reparata, has a private swimming pool as well as garden and kitchen terraces. The pool, built into granite boulders and wooded landscape overlooks the bay and the beautiful village below. Steeped in history, you can stroll amongst remote corners or pick up the walking trails to Pigna and make the winding way upwards to hilltop Sant’Antonino. Dating back to the 9th century, the route has plenty of local produce and arts and crafts workshops to visit on the way. If wine is your guilty pleasure, the popular Route des Vins passes through fashionable Lumio, a picturesque village with sandy beaches nearby.
