An ornate villa built in 1924, the hotel was once a private home. Set right on the waterfront with a view in one direction to the Adriatic sea while the other side of the building overlooks the old town – and is actually part of it. Arbiana looks as if it belongs on a film set located amid bell towers and old stone walls.

ROOMS

28 rooms and Suites, all different in size and style, beautifully decorated with period furniture, sumptuous fabrics and occasional Murano glass chandeliers. All rooms are air-conditioned with satellite TV, Wi-fi, bath or shower, hairdryer and mini-bar.  Standard double rooms have a city view (of rooftops and narrow streets) and without a balcony. Most of the rooms with traditional stone balconies have spectacular views.

There is a lift, a cocktail bar and restaurant.  The courtyard style garden is surrounded by trees where dinner can be taken. There is free Wi-fi throughout the hotel. The hotel is within the old town, close to bars, restaurants, shops and main square. The closest swimming area is a 10 minute walk away and taxi-boats also take you out to tiny islands.  This is a stylish, boutique style hotel and perfect for couples.

We will get you here from Rijeka airport in about 2 hours (including a 10 minute ferry crossing). Also flights to Zadar, Zagreb and Trieste airports.
