Sahab is a unique and tranquil luxury boutique hotel situated on the Saiq Plateau located 2,004 meters above sea level on Jabal Al Akhdar in the western Hajjar Mountains, overlooking a canyon that contain ancient villages and famous terraced farms. Fossil Garden
Marine fossils are the essence of the hotel garden. Sahab Hotel's carefully planned garden has preserved whatever plants occur naturally and added others typical of the area.The stonework was cut by hand and the existing fossils were preserved.

Next to the reception area the Caralluma Café offers light meals, sandwiches and refreshments, an 18 meter strip of marine fossils are featured in the café fossilized coral and other ancient sea creatures were found and preserved during the construction of the hotel.
