So there is a large and well-equipped swimming pool, a tennis court with floodlights at the back of the villa, a table tennis table, a sumptuous barbecue and terrace area for those long lunches and evening meals, and there are even some bikes to explore the local area. For the more adventurous, Alghero and the stunning beaches of the north west coast are only 5km away.

The inside of the property is cool and airy and also lovingly cared for with the sun-dappled conservatory as the villa’s centrepiece; you’ll find this bouganvillea-draped room warm and inviting whatever the time of day. The kitchen area is well equipped and opens onto a large farmhouse style dining area with a long wooden table.
