Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has 10 restaurants and bars each with their own unique style and cuisine. From a truly Ottoman experience at Lalezar to a chic vodka bar, all have optional al fresco dining.
Meal plan: Bed and breakfast. Half board (breakfast and evening meal), is in selected restaurants and a la carte dishes are available with a supplement. Jumeirah Zabeel Saray may close certain restaurants from time to time.
Dress Code: During the day the dress code is casual, during the evening the restaurants prefer guests to be smart-casual so shirts and trousers (full length) for the men.
Signature Dining
Al Nafoorah
At Al Nafoorah authentic Lebanese dishes are served in a surrounding that echoes traditional Arabic and Lebanese character. Located on the ground level in the right wing, Al Nafoorah is open for lunch 1230 to 1500 and dinner 1900 to midnight.
Amala
This Northern Indian restaurant focuses on Mughalai curries with specialities from Tandoori oven and Biriyanies. Situated in the right wing of the lobby, Amala is open for dinner only from 1800 to 0100.
Lalezar
Lalezar is Dubai’s first Anatolian restaurant which serves classic Turkish cuisine in an ambience that captures the spirit of the Ottoman Empire. Open from 1500 to midnight on the ground level, right wing.
Casual Dining
Imperium
Inside this French Brasserie there are elegant crystal chanderliers and a terrace offering superb views of the sea. Imperium is open for breakfast 0600 to 1100, Friday brunch 1300 to 1600, lunch 1230 to 1600 and buffet dinner 1830 to 2300.
Ixir
Exlusive to spa guests, this well being restaurant is on the ground floor and connected to Talise Ottoman Spa. Ixir is open 0930 to 2130.
Plaj
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Plaj is situated on the palm fringed beach of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Open 0900 to 2200.
Sultan’s Lounge
Located on the ground floor in the main entrance lobby you can enjoy light meals and an extensive collection of bespoke teas and coffees. Open 24 hours.
Club Lounge
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has a club lounge dedicated to guests who book a suite and benefits of the Club Lounge include:

Guests staying at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray have free access to Wild Wadi Water Park once during their stay which is located between Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Here you’ll enjoy 12 acres and 30 adrenalin pumping rides for whole family. From 1.5 metre breaking waves to 80 kms/h downhill rides, Wild Wadi is wet and wild fun.
Land Sports
There is a state of the art gym and fitness centre at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray located within the Talise Ottoman Spa with highly trained professional on hand. Tennis is also available and there are two floodlit tennis courts.

Selim’s Kids Club
Selim’s Kids Club is open daily from 1000 to 1900 and caters for children from 2 to 12 years. Children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by a parent or babysitter at all times. A professional baby sitting service is available so you can leave you loved ones in good hands while you enjoy the facilities of the resort.
